Connect TungaLogic to your business email. Gmail is supported today, with more email providers and communication channels planned.
Teach
Give TungaLogic the context it needs about your business, in plain business language rather than technical configuration. It only works with the information and rules you actually give it.
Handle
Once TungaLogic understands your business, it reads incoming customer communication and decides what should happen next. Routine communication can be handled automatically, while situations requiring judgement can be surfaced for review.
Handle automatically when the communication is routine and appropriate.
Send to Review when the situation calls for human judgement.
Take no action when the message doesn't need a response.
